To order your tag, enter your details in the boxes provided below. For each size the amount of lettering on the back is different. I suggest the following -
Large tags
Phone number, house number and postcode, chipped, name
Medium tags
Phone number, house number and postcode, chipped
Small tags
House number and postcode, phone number.
UK law does require that the absolute minimum on the tag is your house number and post code.
